I have yet to finish filing the K1 visa, but I was confused If I need to file the form I-134 or Just the I-864 because I don't have enough income.

Hello all, I am filing form I-864 (AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT) for the K1 Visa because I don't have sufficient income, in this case, do I need to file form I-134 Or do I need to file both forms?

Once I get employed should I start filing for the petition? Or do I have to wait? I do have a co sponsor to help out as well. I want to file the petition and get approved as soon as possible because I know the waiting times can be long.

I’m planning on filing the K1 visa for my gf in the Philippines. I’m unemployed right now so I don’t meet the income requirement but I do have a co sponsor in mind that can meet the income requirement. Can I still file the petition even if I’m unemployed?
