    Thanks akhi but I'm talking about spouse visa and I'm asking about PRIOR to consulate interview, any need to be present physically? Or can travel freely until consulate says to come for interview?

    Picture was for a different couple. I'm not interviewing from a different country, we're in a third country currently and want to plan ahead and know if we should go back for interview and more steps if our presence is needed before the consulate receives the case or we have to be there upon NOA2 or NVC receives BEFORE sending our case to the consulate

    Hello. Big soccer fan, player and coach here. Would love for my wife and newborn to ACTUALLY come solely to watch world cup games on tourist visa and travel with me then going back to wait for I130 approval but basic internet search says they'd raise red flag and potentially get i130 denied because of conflicting interest

    I'm an American citizen just got married to a Moroccan in Morocco and want to MOVE to an African or Middle Eastern country next year together and wanting to apply for b2 visa for June 2025 soccer clubs world cup HER LOCAL CITY TEAM IS QUALIFIED AND IS COMING TO USA 1. Is it too late to apply? 2. My American citizenship will make them doubt she won't return?
