  1. Congratulations, mine too, switched to Issued earlier today!
  2. So, very top level, PD is current (EB1A visa), DQ 16th April '25, IL i didnt get one, i was granted expedited interview request on business grounds, as I wasnt made aware I had to book my own interview, interview was actually 30th September (should have been 14th August had I have known earlier!)!
  3. Ah ok, not the only one then! I notice above you said your visa is an E1, did you mean EB1 or E1 as in the treaty investor visa? When was your interview and when you got the Refused on AP, what colour was the slip they gave you?
  4. Curiousity, have you had any updates post-1st October? I had to send our passports back in on the 1st October (after being refused pending AP on the 30th Sept; i know, 1 day!) which I assume is for issuance, still showing as Refused on CEAC at the mo, wondering if you've had any changes/updates?
  5. If it helps any, we are a family of four that did our medicals just 3 weeks ago! Two adults and two children under the age of 14, we had the vaccinations we were able to get back in August on the NHS, but still had to have some at the Visa Medicals. Total cost was £1540 on the day!
  6. It would make sense, but then this morning ive received an email from the Embassy asking to return all 4 of our passports to the Embassy? Surely this is only required if they are planning on issuing visas? I am so confused!
  7. Hi @appleblossom, I do and have worked in the Aerospace and Defence industry for a long time, and the officer did specifically ask questions about what defence type projects ive worked on (I listed off a few as wanted to ensure I was as honest as possible, but essentially almost eveything land, sea and air based in some capacity). The TAL list here I guess would be a major trigger having reviewed it, but I am confident there is nothing untoward to be found personally. We also had a LTD manufacturing company go into insolvency early last year that still hasnt closed out yet, nothing is outstanding or tied to us personally, the HMRC owes the company money and that hasnt yet been resolved, wasnt sure if that was potentially related given that company closures or insolvencies arent considered in visa applications, but it was asked about during the interview?
  8. Have you heard back on this at all. Have you had any indication what they are wanting to check out? We have been to our interview today and received the green slip, exactly the same additional administrative processing. We are UK born and citizens, interviewed in London for EB1A.
  9. They did announce on the 2nd September they have reached the quota of EB2 NIW's for the 2025 fiscal year. So interviews will I guess be delayed until the quota is refilled 1st October? Seems there is only visas for EB1 and EB3 still with a availability for now. Hope this helps
  10. Apologies @syvvs not had chance to reply any earlier than today! So, long story short, with my expedite request, i was supposed to be registered on the AIS portal and scheduling the interview myself as soon as CEAC showed ready, however, neither the NVC or the Embassy instructed me to do so! I waited around 4 weeks for the Embassy to schedule as the letter from the NVC i received by expedite approval suggested thats what would happen, and when id received nothing just on the off chance I emailed the visa unit at the London Embassy to establish how much longer I would be waiting considering it was supposed to be expedited. It took them 5 days to respond but they eventually did and told me i needed to schedule myself; as you can imagine, I wasnt a happy bunny, id waited 5 weeks and missed out on ample interview opportunities (the earliest one that was showing once I noticed my CEAC status had changed to ready was 14th August). The 30th September had nothing to do with visa availability, it was more that it was just the next available date for interview on the AIS portal (i missed out by a day on an earlier one on the 16th Sept)! Medicals are booked two weeks before, and not entirely sure about visa availability as @appleblossom has eluded to, but given my interview is the last day of Sept, i dont anticipate there being much of a wait for a visa to be issued post interview either way (being the refresh date is 1st October).
  11. Hey @movershaker, i notice you had your expedite request approved in May this year and then very quickly had your interview in July; can you possibly elaborate more on the timescales/actual dates from the point in which your Expedite Request was approved to the point in which you received your IL and then when your interview was? My expedite request was approved on 24th June and status updated to Ready on CEAC on the 27th June, trying to gauge some possible timelines!
  12. Good afternoon all, I have been DQ'd since 16th April this year, long story very short I was able to file an expedite request on urgent business grounds and this has since been approved by the NVC and then subsequently the US Embassy in London. I was notified on 25th June that my application has been fully transferred to the London Embassy and my case status on CEAC as of the 27th June now shows as "Ready" (there now also appears to be an 01-04 on there which I assume is my wife and childrens applications). Now, the question I have, has anyone else done this before, or does anyone have any indications of how long from this point might it take for an expedite request to be processed to an IL? KR Mark
  13. Thank you for the response, and that was obviously including the Christmas break which would have lost a week maybe two? I know its impossible to predict but 3 months would still see my interview being July time with DQ in April! Time will tell im sure, will ensure to keep my timeline updated as and when!
  14. Hi all, seems to be the right place to ask this question, I have been approved for an EB1A, and have been DQd since April 23rd, I have conducted an effortless amount of research and cant seem to find a difinitive answer, but how long after DQ have you other EB1 applicants received IL? and roughly how long has the interview date been post IL? Ive used the IV scheduling status tool (IV Scheduling Status Tool) that was recommended on another post, and its currently suggesting that for EB visas, London are currently issuing ILs for those DQd in Feb 25; my assumption on this basis is that it could still be another 2 months before we receive an IL given my DQ date in April 25, then 2-3 months for the actual interview thereafter? Is this a fair assumption or is it typically quicker than this?
  15. Ah i didnt know this existed, thank you for sharing! Its currently showing London is scheduling DQ dates in Feb 25 as of the 2nd May, if my math checks out, we wont necessarily see an IL until July if my DQ date is April? What timeframes are people typically seeing for dates on an IL for London?
  16. Hi all, Does anyone have any indication of how long the London Embassy is currently taking to process interview dates? My EB1 application was DQ'd on the 23rd April, judging by everything ive seen on here thus far suggests we could see an IL this month for an interview in July? How realistic is that?
