Hi, looking for some help/guidance please. I have a situation where my mother’s surname (petitioner) is incorrectly spelt on my (principal applicant), birth certificate. Please, how much of an issue is this and what steps should I be taking to resolve, if any? Has anyone been in a similar situation? TIA

Hi, does anyone have any idea whether a presidential visit have any impact on interviews? President Trumo is due for a state visit between 17-19 September, would interviews scheduled for these dates still go ahead? Thanks

Hey, yeah hopefully, not scientific and I know each year is different but I had a look at last year’s movement and it moved one month between June and July, then no movement until October! We’ve waited 14 years so what’s another couple of months! lol. Let’s hope it moves one month for July’s bulletin. DQ- 08/01/25.

Hi, just looking at the vaccine requirement on the immigration site (Medical Examinations FAQs), Covid Vaccines now seem to have been removed. I know the initial guidance was targeted at adjustment of status individuals, but does this now mean that it's not required for everyone?

@UK2024 just read your reply again. I didn't interpret the Bulletin board that way. When it says: 'For Family-Sponsored Filings: For all family-sponsored preference categories, you must use the Dates for Filing chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for February 2025.' I took that to mean we have to use chart B's data.

@UK2024, thanks. Are you in the F3 category awaiting an interview in London? Have you got an interview date after being DQ in Nov 2024? My PD date is current July 2011. Just trying to understand how long it takes to get an interview for this category (F3) in London after DQ. Thanks
