Hi yvesandching..we're in the same boat,i'm a feb.filer too,i cant view my case online either, but I received my AP and EAD too same month as yours.I am wondering also what takes so long for my AOS.It will be 4 months this coming June 13 but my husband told me to wait for that date and he will follow up my case.

hmmpppp..patiently waiting for my interview letter..sigh
-
Got the interview letter in the mail today. 6/1/09 yay finally!
Congrats Danielle-Justin ,hope i will receive mine this week though
-
I've been checking the mail everyday now for any sign of USCIS mail. I'm a little worried because both her AP & EAD were approved on the same day, but
one took an extra week to arrive. I wonder if our mail is getting sucked into some sort of USPS "black hole" along the way. We and Yves seem to be the only
ones in our "block" on the spreadsheet who haven't received any interview notice. The rest of ya'll seem to have moved along nicely.
We're in the same boat.I dont know what happen to my AOS,no transfer notice, can't view it online either,no interview letter....as of now im just concentrating to pass the written and road test exam for my Texas Driver's License.

p.s.,
As for tracking your package - often times you'll get odd-looking results (such as 'attempted delivery') when in actuality the package could very well have been received. If not - if they actually did attempt to deliver, but did not (for what ever reason) , yes - they will likely redeliver.
Thanks Karen and Otto, yes that's what my husband told me so,if they returned the package then we will change the address and sent it back...Lol..But anyways someone from the member in here told me in private message that they also sent in that address that we sent and its all fine,USCIS received their AOS packet and everything went well..Gosh Thanks..Lol
Hi ChristophandEvan,
We are in exact same situation.
Our package delivery was not done due to saturday and its the same address we used.
FBAS.
Did you call up the post office and do something for redelivery? or was it redelivered automatically?
We are really worried now whats going to happen to the package and not to mention the
delay.
Thanks!
Suman and Pradeep
Hi Suman and Pradeep, dont worry about that, they redelivered it automatically, look at my timeline..im worried also at first (normal reaction i guess) but that lockbox is one of USCIS addresses,so you're good to go I never called the post office anyways.

hmnnnnnnnn its easy for the other's in here concluded that you're friend is for gc(pinay talaga)if she was ashamed of what happened to her in here that's why she dont want to go back home or poverty is one reason too, just advice her the consequences of being overstayed here in the US.I've know my husband for a short period of time but i am just one of a lucky girl that my husband treated me tenderly with love and care

So, I called the 1.800.375.5283 number to check why I could not see my case online. A tick is that once you press 1 (for English) and then *1, you get transferred to a live person. I am sure there is there another combination where we can talk to an officer directly instead of an operator. I always forget the combination to talk to one. The first guy said he could not see much of my information. Then I requested to be transferred to an immigration officer and he did. The officer mentioned that it was too early to expect any updates as I mailed in my stuff recently on Feb 9th. Also he mentioned that there was no need for the 2008 tax returns as they update the need for a tax return a year after the return is due.
Also, he said he would send an email out to why my case was still not online. And for now the case looks okay. Just thought I'd update you guys.
Thanks socalwaiter for the information coz until now i still can't view my case online and we submitted the 2007 ITR too..GOOD news indeed...Lol
-
Still cannot see my case online either...And the waiting continues.. no news of case transfers..no news period in the last few weeks...
Username.............CIS Office............Date Filed.....NOA Date......RFE.............Biometrics....Transfer.....Interview....GC Received
socalwaiter...........Santa Ana, CA ......02/09/09......02/17/09......N/A.............03/06/09
yes me too,no news either...coz i'm expecting an RFE( just being paranoid i think..lol) coz of the ITR,we submitted the year 2007 only, his way over to the poverty line though but i read in here that some got an RFE for the 2008 ITR,but anyways his accountant called him already and it's done...so if ever we got an RFE for that 'im ready to mail it..Lol..Or if our case stay in MSC and we have an interview,im pretty sure they will just ask us to bring that recent ITR.

hmmmpppp until now i can't view my case online...

To The OP,i knew a 2 filipina who was a holder of K1 visa who was abused by their fiance when they got here, instead of going home they prepared to stay in the US,(well they choose to stay even if its illlegal)to make the story short they are LEGAL now,i will ask a friend of mine who knew them pretty well how they did that coz they are LEGAL now by marrying another USC:)..Lucky for those k1 visa holder treated by their half when they got here(including me)but some are not fortunate to have a nice guy they think they are while in the Philippines, but anyways wish you GOODLUCK and to your Filipina girl:)

Kinda scary now,i'm travelling with my husband every now and then coz he is a truck driver,an owner operator and the company he is leased to allowed me to be with him anytime i want coz my husband presented documents that we're legally married,we're from Texas and sometimes travelled to LAREDO and EL PASO where a lot border patrol, last January 5, we passed the ELPASO border and they asked my passport and my husband told him that we're married already but that time we didnt filed my AOS yet we passed LAREDO border also the next day and my husband told the officer again that we're married already,he just scanned my passport and get it back to me.Gosh im glad that i was not detained coz my k1 visa was already expired that time,so i think the best way is to file the AOS asap before the expiry date,my husband thought that it's okay if we filed the AOS later than 3 months but when i showed to him and let him read the horror story in the this site,he then agreed with me to prevent further problems along the way.

Hi kinda worried about the address i put in my AOS Petition with AP and EAD...we sent it throug USPS Express,it should be address to
USCIS
Attn:AOS
131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor
Chicago,IL 60603-5520
but we sent in this address
USCIS
Attn:FBAS
131 South Dearborn-3rd Floor
Chicago IL,60603-5517
I dont know why my husband put that address..Lol..Because maybe his in a hurry to pull out the address where to sent the AOS but instead by mistake he pull out the address from the USCIS website from the instruction form I-131...and he got that address where to file the I-485 BUT we didnt even wondered why we put that FBAS..and were filing for an AOS..(im so dumb not to check it just read it in the receipt afterwards..wahhh)actually its FBASI but husband wrote it down as FBAS i dont know what does it means..Lol..But anyways i tracked it earlier and they attempted to deliver it this morning 9:40am but since its Saturday no one i think receive it it said in the usps site that they left a notice that they attempt to deliver it,i will try to track it in Monday. So my question is,is it okay that we sent our AOS petition in that address?Even though they have the same address but different number after the zip code:)Will the USPS DELIVER it again?I was freak out since yesterday night plus today coz of that no delivery(understandable coz it Saturday today).. .Hope someone can enlighten me,i'm so so worried even though my husband said it will be okay coz its listed as one of USCIS Lockbox Addresses Hope somebody will enlighten my so WORRIED mind...Thanks:)

Valsu thats what i am curious about coz my husband and i travelled to ElPaso Texas and when going back home, there's a border patrol and i was out of status for 3 days that time, the officer just scanned my passport and my husband told him that we're already married..then he handed back the passport,so maybe your wife was detained coz she was travelling alone with out you?

when my husband and i went to ElPaso,Texas i was out of status for 3 days but the border patrol just scanned my passport and asked my husband if i am on K1 visa,my husband told him that were already married...they are familiar with the type of visas...that's why im curious now..
