    RFE for bonafide marriage. I submitted my Child's birth certificate, money transfers, letter from the bank stating we have joint account , photos, and passport stamps

    I just looked at my form right now and 61 a/b were blank. I was confused with 62 a/b which in indeed does says SANTO DOMINGO.

    I checked question 62 c in my I-130 and it says Dominican Republic

    Yes, I was invited to the field office and no i checked the form that was sent to uscis and it specifies that it is for consular processing and not for adjustment of status.

    I received an interview notice by USCIS for my I-130 case marriage based consular processing. This was after an RFE response. However, my wife lives overseas so I don't understand why USCIS wants and interview with me the petitioner if this case is not an adjustment of status. Has anybody seen something like this before?

    How long is USCIS taking to process a request for evidence (RFE) for IR1/CR1 visa when they ask for bona fide marriage evidence.
