Did anyone have their interview in Jakarta? My wife had her interview on the 29th. They approved her and said it would take 5-7 days to have her passport retuned. We're STILL waiting 3 weeks later. Our account says "Ready" as in ready for the interview. It hasn't updated since. We contacted them and they said to just be patient. Is this wait time normal? It's nerve-wrecking and frustrating to wait this long. As far as we Know, there isn't any particular issue that's causing the delay.
