If you can't make it this weekend sabay na lang tayo sa next weekend.My flight back to the US is on Jan 17 at NWA din ang airline ko. Yung nga lang Minneapolis ang POE ko . Don't worry about the info you wrote in one of the forms during your medical. I wrote Minneapolis in there but my actual POE was LAX. Have a safe trip and Happy Reunion with Jeff!!!

I for sure cannot make it this weekend kasi ANG MAHAL SOBRA! hahaha! first week of January found a flight on Jan 17 at $868, when my visa was released, we could not find the $868 Jan 17 flight anymore, $3k plus na yung mga fares sa NWA now...

I might leave on the 14th or 15th Continental flight, medyo mahal pa rin ng konti but not as expensive as NWA flights for next week. If I take the Continental flight I will be traveling for a total of 26 hours and my POE would be Newark, NJ. I would love to fly with you sana (pwede ba share tayo sa seat mo wala na kc coach class LOL) , ngayon ka pa lang pala babalik? Ang tagal ng vacation mo pala dito sa Pinas?

Thanks guys again, finished CFO yesterday, I have my yellow certificate, sticker on my passport, and the blue certificate, but I was not given a seminar, only less than 3 minutes interview. There's another Filipina with her USC husband na kasabay ko pareho kami interview lang then tapos na... We're lucky!

Now I am ready to go! I still don't have ticket LOL

Cloe, that's normal to have your middle name under the given name along with your first name. No more worries cloe, go pack your stuff and say your goodbyes but no tears since you will see them again. Congratulations. PS I'll edit the list later.

Sa visa kasama ba talaga yung middle name (surname ng mother natin) sa GIVEN NAME? I noticed, it says GIVEN NAME and my complete name is in there including my middle name... Ohhh nooo is it normal?

For those who are waiting, I know it is depressing, I even thought this day will never happen, but it did! Yaaayyy!

My visa is out for delivery today, will let know once I received it. Will have to attend the CFO and do few more things before leaving, Jeff is expecting me to finish up everything until tomorrow and fly this weekend yaaayyy... GOD WILLING...

I have a question though, when I filled up forms (I think during the medical), I have written DETROIT since NWA has a direct flight to DETROIT. Now we could not find a cheap flight direct to DETROIT, instead I will need to stop somewhere like San Francisco CA. Will it cause some problems at the POE?

Just want to share,yesterday morning while i am talking to my love online my Mama yelling and said that someone is looking for me that makes me surprise because they never text/call me that they will deliver my visa.They just come over our house and deliver my KEY so that I can stay my with Sweetheart,for 12 weeks of waiting is over.

jeffcloe, my destination is tampa, florida. I usually fly northwest and yep, its so expensive! $900 is roundtrip during off season. But yeah, it should be northwest for you cuz DETROIT (aside from minneapolis) is the usual POE for those flying NWA. I was planning to use my mileage sana kaso they don't do miles redemption on one way trip. Its going to be me and my son, so I think I will fly PAL then take DELTA airlines to Florida. Did u check out fares after christmas like Dec 26 to 31? I think its only $750 yata. Im still crossing my finger that you will get your visa before Christmas, you know.

Hi Ria, mura pa nga after Christmas, Dec 26 - 31 pero ang hirap mag plan kapag wala pa yung visa haha! So bahala na... I don't want us to spend too much for the ticket, sayang talaga (I know you guys understand my sentiments regarding airfares hahaha)... And another thing, baka pagdating ng visa ko, lagi na mag snow storm na sa MI... (wala ako masabi haha)...

I almost forgot my visa... Until me and my fiance` talked about the fares for January, it's too much my gosh! hahaha! But I seen something on January 1 that is still so cheap, ayyyy...

I wonder if USEM will still be having interviews on Dec. 22 and 23? My only hope now is that they don't do interviews anymore and just work on the pending cases... Yaaayyyy!!!

Hi Ria, I'll be heading Detroit MI, God Willing... No news about the visa yet, my fiance`s birthday is few days from now, Christmas is also few days from now, my soon to be mother in law's birthday is right after Christmas, New year is coming so soon... I will be missing those special days this December, but however God wants it to be, I am still keeping my faith...

We checked NWA.com first and second week of January assuming they will release my visa first week of January, the cheapest we could get is on January 17 for $900 one-way.

When are you leaving Ria? The best thing to do I think is to make sure how much agencies can offer... Let me know if you have a contact of an agent that offers cheaper NW flights, thanks... I for sure will get NW flight because it flies directly to Detroit.

Hoping you get a great deal, same with other people here trying to fly in January yaaayyyy!
