    Thanks for your help! Pakistan. Now I am a Canadian citizen. Will that affect my case in any ways e,g processing times., will my F3 application be processed according to Canadian citizen's timeline or Pakistani citizens?

    No unfortunately we did not pursue it further. No docs were submitted either, I just received a letter from NVC asking me to continue with next step. But we never responded.

    We did not pursue it further as I was married. I eventually immigrated to Canada in 2018. No, We did not pay any fees or submit docs.

    I have no idea about the category. We did not inform them about the marriage. I received some letters from NVC back in 2010/2011 as they were following up on ,y F2B case. I don't even remember my file number now. Can I contact them and ask to locate my file number, will it still be active in their system? thanks

    Also, I have a quick question regarding my F2B file. My parents had filed petition for F2B visa in 2007 when I was single. Eventually I got married in 2010. So, is there any way that my same F2B petition can now be changed to F3 visa category or do they need to file a new F3 petition? Thanks. Also, I have a quick question regarding my F2B file.     Thanks for your quick answer. So just to make sure I understand correctly. I would still be able to visit parents in USA without visa while my F3 visa is in process? Someone told me that once F3 is filed I wont be able to enter USA.

    Hi, I'm a Canadian Citizen and married. My parents are US citizens. I want to apply for F3 immigration visa for USA. 1. Is there any fastest way to get it since I'm a Canadian citizen? 2. Also once I apply, would I be able to visit my parents in USA? Presently I am able to travel to USA without any visa. Thanks.
