  1. Amazing news - congrats! The leap in the spreadsheet from March 2024 DQ to July 2024 DQ is very interesting, and gives us hope that it's still ~12 months from DQ. The tool still showing April 2024, so I guess we can't even trust that anymore 😅
  2. At first I thought this delay in EB visas was due to the current administration deliberately slowing things down, but when I started checking the other consulates around the world, they are all doing very well with many interviewing applicants who DQd in Jun/July 2025. This seems to be a Canada specific issue and I don't understand why and how Montreal could be so far behind other consulates. Can anyone find a single consulate that is doing worse than Montreal? I'm using the IV tool (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/iv-wait-times.html) A few examples for the G7 countries that are scheduling interviews based on DQ date: Canada Montreal (Consulate General) - Apr-2024 France Paris (Embassy) - Apr-2025 Germany Frankfurt (Consulate General) - Jul-2025 Italy Naples (Consulate General) - Jul-2025 Japan Tokyo (Consulate General) - Jul-2025 United Kingdom London (Embassy) - Feb-2025 Even China, India, and Mexico are doing better than Canada China Guangzhou - Jun-2025 India Mumbai (Bombay) - Jun-2025 Mexico Ciudad Juarez - May-2024
  3. Thanks for trying to stay on top of the spreadsheet to keep things organized. Could I have access to the new spreadsheet as well?
  4. Hi - yes, definitely nice to see other EB5 folks. Out of curiosity, what is your timeline?
  5. It would be nice if EB5 gets their IL on a faster timeline, but I assumed that Montreal treats all EB the same (DQ+ VB Current). Our PD dates seem to be earlier than most other EBs, but my lawyer said that I can expect IL between mid to late 2025.
  6. My correct dates are below: PD: Dec 3, 2021 I-526 approval: June 25, 2024 DQ: Dec 9, 2024 IL: TBD
  7. Yeah just noticed the error with the dates. Hopefully the spreadsheet gets corrected. I only got DQ about 6 months after I-526 (June->December). Still waiting on Interview letter, which I anticipate will come December 2025.
  8. Hi all, I noticed incorrect information in the spreadsheet for my timeline. Correct dates below. PD: Dec 3, 2021 I-526 approval: June 25, 2024 DQ: Dec 9, 2024 IL: TBD
  9. Thanks for the update - nice to see that they started DQ in 2024 already. Can someone add this to the spreadsheet?
  10. Looking at the spreadsheet, thought it was interesting that 46 people got DQd in 2023, but only 15 DQ in 2024. I wonder why the huge drop.
  11. Got DQ today. Feel free to update the spreadsheet. PD: Dec 3, 2021 I-526 approval: June 25, 2024 DQ: Dec 9, 2024 IL: TBD
  12. Does anyone know how long it takes to get DQ after sending documents by mail to NVC? Documents were mailed Nov 14, 2024.
  13. Hi all - how do I get added to the Montreal EB Google spreadsheet? Class: EB-5, Country of Chargeability: Canada, PD: Dec 3, 2021, DQ: TBD
  14. Hi everyone - we are currently going through the NVC documents process and intend to interview in Montreal. We received my wife's Canadian Certified Criminal Record Check from the RCMP, having taken finger prints at Frontier 1, but the document we received only displays her married name per her passport. The folks at Fronter 1 said that they can only apply with the name that matches her passport. Given that this is a finger print based check, is it okay that her maiden name is not displayed on the document? Or should the Certified Criminal Record Check display all names (eg maiden and married)? Her DS-260 lists both her names, and we're just worried that the Criminal Record Check could get rejected because it doesn't reconcile with the DS-260. Any folks with maiden/married names able to confirm if they had the same issue?
