Hi Everyone,
Just have some questions that I need clarifications on how the interview in London goes.
- Must my residency permit in the UK be current to go for my interview? (My BRP expired 3 months now and I'm using visitor visa to come and go in the UK bc I don't work in the UK and just my spouse who works here has hers. I needed to renew mine but since I got my Green Card approved I saw it as no need to spend another £5k renewing it when I'm not going to stay again in the UK after Interview is done and dusted).
Just need some answers whether it is worth it for me to spend that much money for something I won't need in the coming months.
