  1. I went to NSO-bacolod last 9th of April and up to now I'm still waiting of my cenomar..people from nso-bacolod told me that those who filed last 8th to 11th of april was being delayed because they are still waiting of the approval from nso-manila...I'm not sure if can bring my cenomar on my interview this 22nd of april...Is it okey if ill go to my interview without my cenomar? I hope somebody here can help me what to do now? I'm bothered a lot with regards to this...thank you everyone...God mercy endures forever!!

Hi, happy heart. I was interviewed on April 4, and the USEM didn't even ask for the Cenomar. One of the gals there also told me that they didn't ask for her cenomar either. I'm telling you this, so you won't worry so much about not getting your Cenomar on time. Of course, I don't know if they will look for yours or not, but I think instead of worrying about getting one, you should make sure about the document verification of your NSO papers. Have you already paid and texted/called Delbros to confirm payment for document verification?

  2. thank you guys im soooo happyyyyyyy... after how many weeks of worrying finally he gave me..

im so thankful to god i know he wont disappoint me coz i trust him a lot and i believe in him...

hi true, im so happy for you, i told you theres nothing to worry really, youll have it at the time u stop worrying about it. see prayers are more powerful than anything in this world. God loves to give surprises to His children. congrats true, you honor God by humbling yourself and now He honored you back by rewarding you. youre worthy of your prayers so u have the visa in your hand now. may God bless you more on your next journey.

    CONGRATSSSSSSS YOU MADE IT!!!!

Thank sooo much lote.. you are so nice to me not just me but to everybody and for sure you will get your visa soon i knew it!!.. yes god is soo goooddd.. im so happy! i will not stop praising him until i feel satisfied..

i will not stop praising him for sure!! coz i know i will not feel satisfied coz he is very good..

Hi true, you can start praising and giving honor to Him by "capitalizing" letter G every time you write God's name :) Maybe you're not just aware of it, but I noticed that you type god (everytime) instead of God. He is not just an ordinary god, you know. He is God - King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and I'm sure He will be pleased if you honor Him with your words. Thank you and I wish you well. Congratulations again :)

  3. hi fellow vjers i have a question

what are the things and how much will it cost us for the things we need to pay here in phil after submitting the 129f?

we just want to prepare our budget hehe

    thanks in advance :)

umm things like delbros, doc verification , medical and some more ,., sry i dnt know what else to pay and how much wud cost for everything

Hi, you would need to prepare to pay the following:

Visa Fee at BPI of course - $131.00 or P5,402.00 based on last month's rate

Medical Exam Fee - about P7,500.00

Delbros (for Doc Verification Fee) - P650.00

Plane Fare - if you live in the province

Hotel and taxi - if you live in the province

Some other miscellaneous expenses for pictures, etc.

    I hope this helps.

  4. as soon as we confirmed that our documents to be verified were submitted already at NSO, after a week or 2 (if there's no problem with your documents) it should be released from NSO according to Robbie at delbros, then the papers go to usembassy, and we can do the following to know if our visas are ready for delivery:

1.) call USEM (the one for free and the one with payment) and ask them your visa status and tell them that your documents were confirmed to have been submitted to NSO 1 or 2 weeks ago and you will ask them if they already have the result and when it will be delivered to us. tell them the exact date that our documents were submitted to NSO (like for instance, mine was april 14 and that was confirmed by robbie coz im on the list)

2.) or for those who cant contact usem, we might aswell keep calling delbros 3392761 but ask for extensions 127 or 118, these 2 numbers are in-charge for the delivery of our visas. they are nice people there like robbie, they will answer your questions nicely, if they have your visas with them, tell them nicely that they have to deliver them at once.

thank you for reading. i hope these infos would really work for all of us. but then again thers no harm in trying "patiently"

    keep on believing!

Thank you, Lot. We'll keep believing and hoping, and praying! Mine was also forwarded to NSO on April 14, as confirmed by Robbie (nice accomodating guy). I like the fact that we actually do something - calling, follow-up, etc. while patiently waiting, hehehe. I tried calling NSO yesterday, but the number given to me was busy all afternoon, so I emailed the head of the division in charge of the docs verification. I don't know if I will get anything in reply, but as you said, there's no harm in trying patiently :)

God bless you and have a good and godly day!

  8. Hi there!!Can we prepare the I 134 and have it notarized even before NOA1?

    GOD BLESS

    I think it's too early to prepare I 134 before NOA 1.

Hi there!!Can we prepare the I 134 and have it notarized even before NOA1?

    thanks..much appreciated..

    GOD BLESS

I think it's too early to prepare I 134 before NOA 1. My fiance and I did that before, and he had to send me another I 134 for my interview.

  9. hi there..sorry for being annoying....but did theUSEM get a copy of your deposit slip from metrobank when you paid the document verification? they just asked me if i already paid the fee i said yes and offered a copy of the slip but the consul said its not needed.....so which is which....do they need it or not...or the question is...does USEM really knows the process of that document verification thing?

    God bless all....

Hi, yes the guy at window 37/38 did get the copy of my metrobank deposit slip. I paid the doc verification fee 3 weeks before my interview. Delbros just sent the request (with my name included) from USEM to NSO yesterday, April 14.

  10. im so proud of you betsay. you just dont know how many people you have touched and encouraged with this scriptures. blessed are those who spread the word of God and still grateful even if she/he is battling on her own trials right at this moment.

May God bless you more and give you the visa very soon coz youre worthy of your prayers to Him.

Thank you, Lot. You are a source of strength and encouragement. To all those who are waiting, I pray God will grant all our prayers for a speedy release of our visa (especially for those who already have flight schedules, wedding date, etc.)

  11. Hi to all those who are on detour or delay. Like you, I am also waiting formy visa. Was given the infamous white paper with handwritten document verification note. I paid 3 weeks before the interview, not knowing that we need to "make kulit" Delbros and ask them to do their job :) So, here we are, waiting for the document verification to be done before we get our Visa.

I'd just like to share with you something that I hope will encourage you and give you hope as you wait. Remember, "In all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to his purpose" Rom 8:28

Take heart and put your trust in the Lord, for He is faithful. His mercies are new every morning. :)

    Detours

When Pharaoh let the people go, "God did not guide them by the road towards the Philistines, though that way was the shortest.... God made them go round by way of the wilderness towards the Red Sea" (Ex 13: 17, 18 NEB).

The direct route would save time as well as wear and tear on the people, but God had something infinitely more important than economics in mind--He wanted the people to be able to sing the song of praise of chapter 15--"The Lord is my refuge and my defence...my deliverer. He is my God and I will glorify Him; He is my father's God and I will exalt Him" (Ex 15:2 NEB). They sang this song because they had firsthand experience of God's power and deliverance. Pursued by all the chariots and horses, cavalry and infantry of Egypt, they had passed through the Red Sea in safety and seen the enemy drowned. They would have missed this glorious lesson if they had taken the short road.

When we are puzzled by delays and detours, let us think about the great purpose of life: to glorify God. The lessons He wants to teach us "in the wilderness" are priceless means of providing us with a song we could not otherwise have sung: "In Thy constant love Thou hast led the people!" (Ex 15:13).

  12. i forgot to mention that they gave me a white paper saying 'wait until you hear from us'...im guessing thats because of the document verification.....si will i still expect to get a call in 3-4days? since i guess my document verification is not done yet? thanks for any reply...

    God bless

Hi, It's been a week since your April 4 interview. So, did you get your visa already? I was also given a white slip of paper with a handwritten documents verification on April 4, btw. . .

  13. yipeeee congrats!!! at least the long wait is over for both of you. i wish u more luck on your next journey. TO APRIL 4 VICTIMS, WE ARE NEXT IN LINE, SO HOLD ON TIGHTER. LETS PRAY HARDER. START PACKING OUR BAGS!!!

guamcouple's experience only proves to us that it wont be more than a month to wait. they got it in 28 days right!!! MIRACLE DOES HAPPEN, WE WILL BE SURPRISED THAT WE MIGHT GET OURS IN LESS THAN 27 DAYS, hehehehe right guamcouple?? so cheer up april 4 "victims" and to all who are aswell in doc verification.

Hi Loterly Richard. did you ever call DELBROS OR USEM to inquire the stats of your visa/doc verification? I did today and the guy at the embassy told me my case in "under review" and he wouldn't tell me or know if it's because of the document verification. The Delbros guy told me they will forward my papers today (just today, mind you) to NSO. Now I am starting to get worried . . . the guy at the embassy told to call after 8 weeks 'coz it would take that long for cases "under review".

I hope to hear about the status of your case since our interview date is the same - April 4. Have a nice day!

  14.:dance::dance: Finally, I got my visa!!!! I'm on AR before because of document verification. Thank you to all vjr's for all your support. I'll be flying on Ist week of may. Mag eenjoy muna ako dito , and spend time with my loved ones here, magrerelax dahil sobrang stress yun. Hehehe!!! Thank GOd! I finally have my visa....

    [/quote

Congratulations! My interview was on April 4, 2008, and I was also given the white slip of paper with note - document verification. They also checked "wait till you hear from us". I called Delbros today after reading a lot of advice from this forum, and the guy said they will forward TODAY my docs to NSO and I will have to call him tomorrow to confirm (make sure) that my papers were actually forawrded to NSO for verification.

I then called the US embassy, and the guy told me (impatiently) that their computer system says our case is "under review", and he said to call again after 8 weeks. 8 long weeks??!!! I kept asking him if under review specifically means document verification only or could it mean any other problems, and he said rathr impatiently that their computer says it's just under review.

My question is - will it really take 8 weeks since I dont lack any documents?

Oh well, I hope I also get my visa in time and it's just document verification that's lacking. Anyway, I asked the consul if I was approved during the inreview and she said that she doesnt see any reason why I won;t be, since all the papers are in order, and they just have to do some document verification. . .

Congratulations to all who got their visas already and I pray for those who are waiting for theirs
