My fiance and I received the notice our visa is in ready status at the manila embassy. So she filled out the ds-160 and got that taken care of but now we are confused on where we go to set up her appointments at the (vac) center, medical,interview. we made a account on ustraveldocs.com/ph/en/ and are now at this page and the only options are visa application,feedback/requests,messages. She tried to do the visa application but then when we get to the visa options (K) is not an option. I am lost on what to do. we have waited over a year to get this far. and now even more frustration please can somebody help us out. it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have ran into a problem And i am really hoping someone can please help me. This whole process is stressful enough now this. So my finance is from and now living in the Philippines. But she has previously worked abroad in Saudi Arabia for seven years. So she needs to acquire a police clearance from that country for her paper work . But when i go to U.S. DEPARTMENT of STATE — BUREAU of CONSULAR AFFAIRS. Then select Saudi Arabia, then select Police,court. Prison records. it tells me this "Registration Criteria: Only Saudi citizens and non-citizens currently residing in Saudi Arabia can obtain a police certificate. Saudi citizens outside of Saudi Arabia should contact the Saudi Embassy to inquire about the process of receiving a Criminal Record Certificate. Non-citizens not currently residing in the Saudi Arabia cannot obtain a police certificate." So my question is what would be my next step to remedy this? So it doesn't seem she is arriving at her interview missing documents. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Ok we got her a p.o box in Cebu. I am having difficulty finding where online i need to go to change her mailing address or do i have to call them? If so could someone please point me in the direction of the number. If its helpful our application is being processed in California. Thank you,

Hello, My fiance and i have filed for the k-1 visa. At the time of filing since where she is living does not have a building number or proper address. We used her employer for her mailing address. But she has gotten a lot better job now. So am wondering if i get her a P.O box is it ok for her to use that as her mailing address? or would it cause problems for the process? Thank you, Tim

There was a trespass fine i got when i was under 18 during some urban exploring. That did not show up on my backround check. but i included them anyway just to be safe. i want to be 100% transparent and avoid any future issues. Thank you for reaching out

I got my Results back today from the clerk of courts. And it listed a charge from 1997 that was purged in 2006 so i included that. on my i-129f They also included a page saying nothing else was found. But i remember i got a trespass fine back when i was a minor. But even tho they did not list it. I still put it on the form and all details i remember cause i want to be 100% transparent and take zero chances. So nothing comes up in the future. Noticed on your time line you just got married last month congrats!!! Also you just applied for the change of status. good luck on your approval.

Didn’t realize today is Veterans Day so the court house is closed. So will have to try again tomorrow sadly. Seems when you are making some progress you hit another wall. But got to stay positive. And keep eyes on the end when her and I can finally be together.

Hello, I have started to fill out form I-129f and for part 3 item number 4.a i answered yes. Cause i know back when i was 16 i got an assault charge and when i was 17 i got a trespassing charge. so over 26 years ago. But i do not have specific dates. i know the assault was community service and the trespass was just a fine. So i did a backround check through the state police. and it came back as no record. so should i change my answer to 4.a to "no" or just put what i know then include a copy of the backround check with my application? Thank you for any help you can provide.
