At the time of filing we were married for 4 years.

My us citizen husband filed for my two children under 21 in August of 2021 in January of 2022 we received an online update that they case was actively being reviewed and on September of 2024 we receive a another online update that our case was being actively reviewed we are very frustrated because it’s been over 3 years since we filed and still waiting for a response on our I-130 I know this can’t be right .
