    no same here. still no response from USCIS. it is ridiculous. they have not responded to my expedited request either. i called many times but no progress. they just say they will response in 72 hrs and they email and say still processing. emma chat is also useless. congressman also tried but still no response. progress tab still shows 5 months. it keeps fluctuating between 4- 5 months what the hell. it has been 90 days since we submitted our RFE but still no response. this is so depressing. How much did you have to pay to file the self mandamus to the USCIS?

    i heard the same within 90 days. i hope its true. mine will be 90 days on dec 9. hope to hear something. this is so frustrating. i feel like nebraska is the slowest

    so true progress tab sucks and is never accurate and gives people more anxiety and false hopes

    my attorney forgot to attach or i dont know some computer glitch but I130-A (the supplemental form) was missing. so we had to send it again. we sent it like the same day we recieved RFE. its been 2 months waiting...hopefully get to hear soon..i read that 90 days is maximum that they take to respond but not sure if thats accurate

    @hunterjem my mom is also in the same situation as yours. Hers is not 2 years but will be like 13-14 months by the time she will head back to US. She has valid GC too and she has to stay for me to take care of me (fractured ankle). She is also just going to head back and not apply SB-1 and all. Hopefully you and her will get nice officer and not have to worry about anything. I also heard that airlines don't really bother that much if you have valid GC. thanks

    i also requested an expedite with my medical reason yesterday. so hopefully that also helps with speeding my RFE

    @Luminita have u got a response for ur RFE? I sumitted my RFE on Sep 9, 2024. I still have not heard anything. It's been 2 months today.

    yes !!!! i dont know whats the hold up. mine was just a missing i130-A supplemental form that my lawyer forgot to attach. anyways my lawyer is going to inquire on the 60th day which is today on whats going. apparently u can ask on 60th day mark about rfe so hopefully that helps...nd i will ask jim hacking. also going to submit medical expedition request ( it does not hurt i guess). @Willie_Overall good for u

    has anyone done medical reason expedite request with uscis? has it worked? i recently had my leg fractured 3-4 days ago and i feel like it cud qualify for medical reason expedite?
