    I never said I wanted to reschedule. I said I wanted to push forward my interview to an earlier date I was only asking if anyone had any experience with is kind of emergency

    Hi guys!! I previously stated that my mom had died and I needed to travel for her burial. However the burial is on May 23rd 205 and I got noticed yesterday that my interview is scheduled for June 16th 2025. If there any way I can have that interview pushed forward since it's an emergency. I applied to adjust my status on Oct 24th 2024 from B2 visitor visa within in usa.

    Hello guys!! Has anyone traveled on an I-551 stamp since the trump administration? I am from the caribbean islands and my spouse petitioned for myself and my daughter October 2024. My mom recently died in the caribbean islands and now I have to apply for the I-551 for my daughter and I so that we can for the funeral service. Will it be safe for us to re-enter the usa since it's a death and it's our first time travell while we await the AOS process? Any help would be greatly 👏

    Good morning guys. I am so thankful full everyones help. I do have two more questions. When filling out the I-864 for my joint sponsor, do I select ( I AM THE ONLY JOINT SPONSOR) or (I AM THE FIRST) or (I AM THE SECOND) of two joint sponsors? MY NEXT QUESTION: PART 3 information about the immigration you are sponsoring... Both my daughter and spouse got RFE for I-864. I know that I have to fill separate forms for both of them. Do I still select question 1 only or 1 & 2 of part 3? .

    It's me again guys. I was wondering since both my spouse and 12 year old step daughter got the Same RFE asking for a joint sponsor for form I-864. I was wondering if the joint sponsor can list both names of the affidavit of support form and i was also wondering if I can fill out one form, but include both RFE letter in the same mail to mail out to uscis?

    I downloaded the the instructions but I don't see where it ask for 6months pay stubs for the tax return transcript...any help would be greatly appreciated
