Hello, so me and my fiancé applied for self-uniting marriage on our marriage application. we got our marriage license giving us permission to do weeding and have 2 witnesses sign it saying yes, they did get married. in our culture we don't do weeding outside since i already did that when i went to get her in her country. when she enters my house, we just did a little ceremony in the house. on the marriage duplicate paper that we have to return back to court to get our marriage license can I put my home address for a place I did my weeding here? in self-uniting marriage you don't need a judge to vow you. this is for the State of Pennsylvania. If anyone could help i would really apricate it. thank you

she does speak english but she is not fluent in english. i am wondering if they will do the interview in nepali or english..

i am just afraid if my fiance ask for translator and the translator doesnt translate well she might fail

hello everyone, my fiancé recently paid the money from connectIPS to the visa center in Nepal. She accidently put my name instead of her in applicant name so when we try to call her bank and connectIPS they said they can't help her. what can we do or who can we call to fix this mistake so we can put her name and passport number on it instead of mine? please help this is very urgent. thank you and have a great day

my source of income would be from work, i work at a bank and do homecare after that. last year i didnt had the bank work since i started july of 2023. in my tax return the taxable income was 267 and she said i would need that to be atleast 40k

so i talked to a laywer and she said i have to have taxable income or else i have to show assets or have a co-signer

Hello there, i am applying for fiancé visa to bring her to USA but i don't have any taxable income. i have family of 3 and adding her would be 4. I have assets such as house and banks but i don't really know how to calculate that. what are the chances that she would be approved with my assets? i need someone who can help me calculate that please. would anyone be able to help me?
