Ive been reading a lot of the posts on here and it seems that people around my time line were xfer to CSC, was everyone xfer there or just some people, NSC has had my application for I751 since Apr 11 2007 and apart from a touch in may when I went for my BIO nothing else has happened.

As far as I know, only few people got transfered from NSC to CSC. I do not know what criteria they followed for transfer.

I'm getting paranoid now about our clase being closed, about seeing approvals with NOA1 dates AFTER ours, RFE...aack...

I've looked around but can someone give em the toll-free number for CSC?

I am worried too. Please let me know whatever information you get from CSC.

I have filed my I-751 and still waiting for my 10 yr GC. However I have to travel to Canada in next couple of weeks. I know that with valid green card, I do not need to apply for Canadian visa. Since my GC is "expired" as far as Canadian authorities are concerned, do I need to apply for visa for Canada before I travel? Or does Canada accept the extension letter as valid GC and will let me in? Has anyone traveled to Canada with expired GC before? Any input is greatly appreciated.

After almost 4 months of waiting (my interview was on Jan 10th) I finally got my Oath Ceremony letter today in mail. So my ceremony is on May 30th at 11:45am in Jerrefson City, MO!

I see the end of the long tunnel already LOL!

01/10/2008 - Interview at Kansas City DO

05/03/2008 - Oath Ceremony letter in mail

05/30/2008 - Oath Ceremony in Jefferson City

Did anyone know that May 1 is the immigration day in US? I sure wasn't aware of it. Hopefully USCIS will lifted conditions for bunch of us to celebrate immigration day

I completed my one year today for I-751 and mailed my N-400.

Mailed my application today to NSC.

I did everthing voluntarily including sending in the additional evidence... Getting your Senator involved works. You just have to hope yours has a great constituent services rep like mine does. We faxed the stuff to her on Tuesday and got an answer today...

Zyggy How you can approach senator regarding this.Can you share your experience regarding that.Our senetor is Barack Obama.Do We have to go to his office or something...........I'm complete ignorant regardning that

You got a high profile Senator. If his office inquires, you can expect answer from USCIS in couple of days.

What are you guys talking about??? They did not update the processing times in the web site yet , it still showes last dated updated as of MArch 15/,2008 so they did not post the April one yet, and I am not seeing anyone being approved as fr as of today neither

I do not know whats going on. When I checked this afternoon it was definitely showing as updated on April 15, 2008. Now it's showing March 15, 08. Did anyone else see the dates or was I high on something?

Did any one see the processing times for NSC today? They have changed the processing time to Feb 16, 07.

You should read this thread. Bunch of us got transferred and CSC has approved many applications.

I received the letter today from USCIS regarding transfer of application to CSC. The NOA is dated 04/11/08. I was wondering if there is any correlation between the letter date and approval email saying card production was ordered. Please update your timeline here if you have received the transfer letter by mail and approval email from CSC (for the lucky ones). Thanks.
