For months now after I have went to US embassy, have trying many attempts to fill DS-11 form online for my twins children all abortive. Later I should downloaded PDF filler and I was stranded of where to upload the document. More likely of it, On the SSN field area, I got confused of SSN i should use since my children was not born in the USA but their father is a citizen of USA. Considering if I should use their father SSN for them or I should omit the field area. I will kindly need forum candid advice on this issues. Thanks.
