    2021 - Yes Moved - No We filed the I-751 on Decemember 13, 2021. Not 2020. Sorry for the misprint. No we haven't moved since that filing. Latest update on the I-751 was the Notice letter for extension we received in March 2023.

    Yes. Received the spouse visa back in January 2020. We filed the I-751 in December 2020. We have received the EXTENSION paperwork for the I-751 where it extended it for 4 years. They reused the Biometrics as well so that was not required. Everything is uploaded on USCIS website as well, nothing missing/etc.

    We applied online and have Dallas FO as well. "Actively reviewing" since November 10, 2023. According to the USCIS website after the estimated time went to 0 days, this is our status: Estimated time* until case decision: Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action. We also tried calling the local office but were only able to get the robot to respond. Hopefully we receive an update soon.
