I was on vacation in Florida. I met John on the dock after I came back from a sailing trip. He offered to show me a chicken, I said We have chickens in Slovenia too, you know. Then he asked me if we have alligators in Slovenia. I said no and he offered to show me one. We took a quick ride on a golf cart to a small pond. There was a small (one meter) alligator there. That was his first hook in me. Since then I have visited him as often as possible. Just recently he asked to marry him.
