    Okay, so I have one more question what about if the 3rd case take a while to get approval , Does this make problem? With NVC with current 2 cases approval?

    I have 3 I-130 forms, 1 for my wife and 2 for my daughters, I get approval for my wife and one of my daughters, two weeks ago and I still have one daughter bending with USCIS, today I receive 2 emails from NVC for my wife and my daughter was approved from USCIS with case number and invoice number what I have to do now, go forward with NVC and I have no idea when I will get approval for my daughter, just I need advice please

    Hello Everyone, I’m a US citizen applying I-130 for My spouse & My kids under 21, do I need a separate application for each one? Or just one form for all of them. Thank you
