Just wondering how we are going to have evidence to take to the interview showing joint accounts. Seems like you have to have SSN to do any of that and we have to wait on EAD or GC. Wondering if anyone can share their experience or give advice.
Thanks!

My husband's AOS is pending...he is scheduled to go for biometrics on August 6th. Is there a fee for this?
When can he apply for a social security number? His K1 visa is now expired and we are awaiting approval for EAD and AOS???
Also...what is required to add him to my bank account, utility, etc???
When can he apply for health insurance???
Thanks!!!

He had all his "childhood" immunizations. However, we have no proof of what he has and has not had. We have documentation of measles and rubella...but they do not vaccinate adults for mumps in Brazil. He also had one dose of tetanus with his medical exam...I believe the panel physician had to "assume" he had not had any vaccines since he did not take any records to the exam there.
I'm sure he will need a vaccination record at some other point of his life...so I think we will probably go to the health department to do the titers so that they can make him up a immunization record. Does anyone know if Dr. Arnold can use that to do the vaccination supplement form? Just trying to go the cheaper route...
Thanks for all the responses!!!

Thanks for your quick response. He has no childhood records. We have contacted the local health department that can do MMR, Varicella, and tetanus titers. Does anyone know if they can fill out the vaccination supplement part since they are ran by the government?
We were also looking for other suggestions that may save us money...
From reading some of the other threads it seems logical that USCIS should already have your full medical and vacination report that you did prior to your I-129F interview. I would call the USCIS and try to find out if they have it on file, and if it is necessary to send it out at all.I called USCIS and they said that we would have to schedule an infopass with our local field office. However, that is like an 6 hour drive away...

My husband and I are working on the AOS documents. His I-94 will expire on June 19th...
The doctor that did his medical exam in Brazil never gave hime a copy of document DS-3025 and he has no proof of any vaccinations. We really do not know what to do. Any suggestions???
Also...where do you find the A#???
And on the AP form....do you have to put a date of travel? what if it is unplanned right now?
Thanks!!!

what if the panel physician never gave you a form DS3025? how do you prove what vaccinations you still need?

Should the doctor that did his exam in Rio had given him a vaccination form?

My husband and I are now working on getting all the papers together for the AOS. He had his medical exam and interview in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. However, the doctor didn't really give him a list of all the shots he has had. Will this be a problem here? Will he have to take the entire medical exam again? How will the civil surgeon here know what shots he has or has not have?
Thanks!

My fiance' had his interview in Rio on March 10th and was approved...PTL!!! Still waiting on the visa to be delivered to his home. Hoping for Monday! Does anyone think it will be a problem to book a round trip ticket since it is cheaper? Will it cause issues at the POE? Thanks!

Okay experienced ones....question about I-134:
The instructions say...provide in duplicate evidence of income...
so does that mean 2 bank statements, 2 letters from employer, etc?
Also is it okay to follow the example completely....there is a lot of stuff just left blank on there.
Thanks!

Hey all! Called the Consulate in Rio today and our interview date is March 10th....WOOOOOOHOOOOO!!!!
One question...the I-134 on their website is still the old one that requires you to have it notarized....so should I use this form or the one on USCIS.gov?
Thanks a bunch!

Okay I have searched and searched through a lot of the past threads and cannot find the answer.
Does anyone know how to deal with filling out the I-134 with two jobs? There is not enough room to put both jobs, so I was going to include an attatchment. Do I just combine the 2 for my annual income...or do I need to list annual income below each job? Thanks!

Okay I need some help from you pros now
I'm gathering the documents for the I-134 to send to my fiance'....Are copies of the tax return, pay stubs, etc okay. I will send the original employment letters, but I would like to keep the originals for everything else. Also do I need to send 2 copies of each? Does my fiance' need copies of the NOA1 and NOA2? Thanks a bunch!!!

So I have been doing the whole track it thing on the dhl.com website. It says it was delivered and signed by today. Does this mean it was received by the Consulate?

Hey guys....question....(trying to prepare for setting a wedding date)
The day that my fiance' enters the US is day #1...so do we have 90 days from that point to get married? Or do you get married a bit before so you can file the AOS by the 90 day mark?
-
Just called the NVC and did the whole track it thing....and our papers are on the way to RIO!!! It seems even more real now Any comments about what to look forward to? I'm still gathering documents for the I-134. Anyone know anything about the consulate in Rio? Soooooo exciting :)
Oh....and CONGRATS Mike and Gracey on your interview approval!!!!
Still waiting on AOS Approval

My husband and I got married in May 2009 and sent off the AOS packet the beginning of July. He has had the biometrics appointment and received approval for EAD and AP. However, we are still waiting on GC. Should we be concerned? I have seen some cases sent august and october already approved on this forum. We received a letter that said the case was transferred to CSC but then later received another letter saying it was transferred to a USCIS office but didn't state which one. My fear is that it has been misplaced somewhere. Its like reliving the Fiance' Visa nightmare all over again!
