  1. Hey All, I was recently laid off my job due to "job elimination". Since this happened I'm worried about it causing issues with my spouses change of status. The change of status "I-485" was filed last August. Called in for Bio-metrics at a third party location in TX in October. Got confirmation case under review by USCIS in November. Got I-485 notice of approval last week. We were never called in for a interview or anything else. Question: Since I got the I-485 approval and today in the mail I got another NOA letter also stating it was approved, does this mean we're good and we'll get the Green Card soon? If not, could me recently losing my job cause a problem for us if this approval is not the next step? Basically, wondering if eventually they'll want to setup a interview for us and they'll find out I lost my job and deny my spouses change of status. Thanks!
