  1. Thanks. Due to K1 expiring fairly quick just worried about couple months passing to find out they never got the request is all.
  2. How would she get back into HK? Her contract is terminated. They wouldn't let her back into the country? She no longer has residence there. Regarding, immunizations, thanks!.
  3. Hello, 1.) Have a number of questions I hope some could help with. My fiancee from Philippines was working in Hong Kong at the time of the i129f submission. We had planned that she would be back in Philippines 6 months after submission. So we listed her Physical address as Philippines but where it asks for her "Address Abroad" we didn't want to lie and leave it empty, so we placed her HK address there. After NOA2, we realized they were going to maybe send to Hong Kong. I sent a ton of emails to NVC and USCIS, even called USCIS in an effort to make sure they don't make a mistake with this. Didn't matter, we get letter from the NVC they created the HNK case number and in route to Hong Kong. Visa is sitting there in a ready status. We don't have a packet or anything and time is ticking. I reached out to Manila and was instructed to submit a transfer request here: https://ph.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visa-inquiry-form/ Yes, In the transfer I submitted the reason for transfer, her Philippines Address, and Passport Scan. USCIS and NVC acceptance letters. Was about 5 business days ago and have heard nothing. The NVC case still still reflecting as Ready in Hong Kong and no sign that it's being transferred or in route to Manila. Does anyone know how long this actually takes for the transfer to be accepted or denied? Tried calling Manila to at least confirm this and getting in touch with them on the phone is not possible. Just rings and rings. 2.) Since my fiancee is not in Hong Kong. We also never got this first packet. I had her fill out DS-160. However, I am afraid of paying the DS-160 fees and setting up a appointment until we know the case is transferred. Another issue, we cannot begin to start the Hong Kong police clearance as we have no NVC letter to give them and Hong Kong will only send a copy back to the Embassy. Is there anything else we can do at this stage besides wait? 3.) My fiancee became pregnant somewhere around Jan 15th. I am worried when she has her medical and interview they'll make her stay to have the baby. My fiancee was a virgin before me so I have no doubts it's mine and I was with her for 5 weeks during that time. We purposely tried to have children as she is 38 with no kids and I'm 40 with no children. I didn't think we would be successful but we are lucky. What I've done to try to avoid this issue with the interview is I had her OBGYN fill out and sign the following form: The doctor signed it and I hope to use this to prove time of conception. Now I only need to create documentation and affidavits that prove me and my fiancee were together for 5 weeks during this time. This should be easy to do with plane tickets, bus tickets, affidavits signed by family and friends etc. With her being about 3.5 months pregnant, do you think I'll need anything more? Will officer still approve her Visa? She has to tell them at medical because of the Xray. Another issue I'm worried about is the immunizations. She has had her Covid shot an 2 boosters while in Hong Kong. However, She has no record of taking things like mumps, polio, etc. She may have had these but we can find no records of her getting them. Thanks!
