Yes my wife and her son is overseas. He is 12 and the interview will take place in Hochiminh city , Vietnam.

Does the IR1 require 2 years married? If we didn’t registered our marriage til this year. So if I want to file IR1 I’ll have to wait til 2026?? Meanwhile we’re eligible for CR1 now.

Hi, I’m gathering everything to sponsor my wife and stepson. Do I have to file seperated I-130 and pay the fee twice? Thanks a lot
