Thank you, I sent mine off 4/24. I am hoping it will push my I-130. It is not guaranteed but there has been many reports of it pushing them to view the I-130 and ultimately making a decision to deny/approve one or the other. It may not do anything but filing this form is free. I also read that it should be filed within 30 days of submitting the I-130 for it to possibly get looked at. I will update my timeline if and when I get news.

K3 filed and received by USCIS but not added to "My Cases"

The I-129F is also for the spouse if you want to try for the K3 visa. It is another option that you can only file with the I-130. It is part of the Life Act that was put in place for USC petitioners only.

Ok my fellow March filers.. I am going to try sending in the I-129F to see if it does anything for us because, well why not? I will keep everyone posted

Mine just changed to 17 months today. First it was 2 months, 2 weeks, 2 months. Now 17 😄😂😒😭

This is mine as of today Submitted I-130 - 03/22/2024 Receipt received: 03/22/2024 Got email stating an action taken on case: 04/11/2024 (STATUS CHANGED TO ACTIVELY BEING REVIEWED)

I was looking at your timeline and saw you sent in form I29F after filing the i130. It seems that everything went so quick for your process. Do you think sending in the i29F is worth it and might speed up the i130?
What steps can you suggest ?

Thank you! I used to actually follow that group but one of the main admins is extremely rude and should just create a blog where she posts information for people to look through instead of creating a "group" where people ask questions and look for support. But it is definitely a good group to find other people in the same situation.
