Hello everybody,
I have a question about the E2 Visa: is it easier to get it approved if I buy an existing business with a track record, existing workers (thus "saving" workplaces with my investment) and that is already generating an income, or doesn't it make any difference if I create a completely new business?
I know that the question is very generic and that it depends on many, very relevant factors (beginning with my experience, location, the type of business, etc). But first of all, I would like to begin with this.
