I have a question regarding the I-130 process, which I'm asking on behalf of a family member.
My relative has been in a relationship with his partner for nearly 8 years and they recently got married (around six months ago). His partner is an American citizen who has applied for the I-130 in order to sponsor him. I have a few inquiries:
Is it possible for him to continue the process from a different country than where he initially started it? Currently, both of them reside abroad and not in the US.
If the process can indeed be continued from another country, does this also mean that the interview can take place at a different embassy?
Can he visit the US using an ESTA visa for a duration of up to 90 days during this time?
