Hi all,
I did a slight name change in the early 2000s via a deed poll, but unfortunately, have since lost it. The documents were kept by my father who has also since passed away, and I fear there is no way of locating it, and I no longer remember the names of the lawyers involved too. My US embassy is in Singapore, and they unfortunately need that document to show the change in name from my Birth Certificate to my Passport.
For folks who have gone through this issue, did you find anyway to resolve it? Or any suggestions out there?
