I hope i can get some answers here, our case was updated to RFIE on 24th feb and we were supposed to receive the mail by 9th march which was yesterday but the mail never came, we want to request a copy, my question is for those who never received the mail and did a request do they send it to your email or send as mail again and how long does it take to receive it?
