    Okay I see so NVC has to process this and then they will send a welcome letter and a list of what’s needed including a payment. So now I have to wait ?

    She is in London under the high potential individual visa. Her citizenship is in Nepal though. Also I meant I-864 for having her sponsored.

    So I have an update, USCIS is stating that my case is still being processed but under documents there is a letter stating that it’s approved. Does this actually means our case is approved ? We applied May 19, 2024 and now we have this update. Also if this is approved should I fill out the I-485 ? My wife will need a sponsor.

    I filed my I-130 for my wife in May 2024 and had over 70 documents uploaded. I logged into my USCIS account and noticed my documents are all missing. What do I do here ?

    Hello, for the last few months my progress tab has been missing when I go into the portal. This is for my I-130 that my wife and I submitted May of last year. Does anyone have the same issue ?

    Hello, I just finished the I-130 myself and I am wondering can I have someone review my application before I submit ? I did the application with my wife and we would like for someone to review our portal with all of the documents we uploaded before we officially submit. Would reaching out to an immigration lawyer be the right move or are there other ways to have this application reviewed in the portal ? Thank you!
