    I tried doing one on humanitarian grounds due to my fiancé having a military duty stamp on her russian passport and a military service ID as a medical specialist and they denied my request. I guess USCIS don't care that it will be too late for her to leave if she gets a summons and sent to war. That's 100% a threat to her welfare. USCIS don't give a sh***.

    I buy btc on cashapp and then use exchange to transfer directly to Sberbank card. I sent few times like $500 and about $480 lands into the card after fees. I am looking at a different ways and I think the cheapest route is using stellar network.
