Cannot get police certificate in Turkey

Hey would you be able to send me the info for that lawyer. I’ll need most likely be needing it. My fiance lived in Turkey for 1 year and didn’t have the resident permit. And he is gonna need to get his police certification for when we get his visa appointment.
