  1. I am bringing my spouse to the US(dcf) My income from last year was 29.000$ Because I signed a i134A(financial support) for my ex employer last year(even though he entered the US on another program unrelated ) maybe..the US Embassy will "count him" as a household member too i think? so, 29.000$ is not enough for 3, my wife..him and me. So, my question is, if my wifes employment will continue in the US (she is an architect and works online) can we use a letter from her employer to add to my income? will that letter be enough,? thank you
  2. the only way to withdraw the application is by uploading a request to the website (thats what their guideliness say) no other way.
  3. i never recieved anything actually..it was all on the uscis account for the i134A. i received a receipt when i applied for it (2023) and february 2024 i received a "confirmation ". thats all. what ive read is that "confirmation " means that he was approved
  4. I filed an I134A for a cuban friend in January 2023. in agoust same year he left on his own to nicaragua and entered the US through the mexican border.(he was admitted and was paroled). a couple months later i uploaded a "request to withdraw" to my uscis but never got any confirmation. Today, i am trying to file paperwork i130(dcf) for my wife to come to America and when i check my uscis website I see that the i134A was confirmed last month 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. so, what happens now? when filling the paperwork for i130 part 5 says "have you ever sponsored nother alien"? should i say yes? even though he entered through a different program?. will i be require to have more income now to sponsor my wife? so, me, my wife.plus him? thank you for your inputs.🙏
