Question: My fiancee has a misdemeanor for saying threatening words to his ex wife when they had a huge fight but was dismissed by the judge after a year of probation (in short he wasn’t convicted). Will our k1 application gets denied because of that? I mean, when we are upset we say things we don’t really mean.
