  1. Thank you for the suggestion; I have already utilized an online platform. I would have preferred to have more time to handle things myself, but my workload is quite demanding. Once again, thank you for the suggestion.
  2. Thanks for the reassurance, we're just trying to find answers
  3. Thanks for the reply, so basically do not alter or type in any document and include brief descriptions on the name of the archive and cover letter.
  4. Thanks, my partner is the petitioner and I am helping him to do this process, since he is not computer savvy.
  5. Good morning VJ, I am in the process of uploading all the evidence for my I130 request, and I'm contemplating the best method for attaching these documents. My plan is to compile them into a PDF format. For instance, I have a lease demonstrating joint tenancy: Now, the question arises: Should I upload the original documents as scanned copies, or would it suffice to convert them into PDFs and include a brief summary of each document's content? Furthermore, should I include translations within the same PDF, either at the beginning or at the end? Example of what I am planning on doing: Thanks in advance.
  6. Good evening VJ, I am in the final stages of completing my I-130 submission. Although pushbrk has addressed this matter previously, my partner would like to confirm it again to avoid any potential requests for further evidence (RFE). Before his naturalization, my partner's name was First Name, Middle Name, 1st Last, 2nd Last. After naturalization, he chose to retain only First Name and 1st Last Name. What evidence can we provide to demonstrate this legal name change? I was advised by pushbrk to simply upload the naturalization certificate, but it does not explicitly mention any name change. I apologize for the inquiry, but I consistently strive to understand the reasoning behind things. Thank you all for your assistance.
  7. Thanks for the tip. Definitely will try.
  8. Thanks, I will definitely give it a try.
  9. The intention is not to obtain the visa; rather, it's aimed at expediting the I130 approval process. While researching in a Facebook group, I came across posts from individuals asserting that it accelerated their process successfully:
  10. Good morning VJ, My spouse came across a forum discussion suggesting that the I130 process can be expedited by submitting the I129F (K3) after the I130 has been filed. Is this approach still effective nowadays? What is your opinion on this strategy? Do you recommend sending the I129F immediately (The next day) after receiving the Form I-797 Notice of Action receipt from USCIS? The USCIS portal offers scant information regarding the prerequisites for the K3 procedure, aside from completing Form I129K. While exploring on the internet, I stumbled upon some additional details. Do you think these details are the requirements to send along with your I129F form? Thanks in advance. Regards,
  11. Thanks for the reply, Please note that I am not filling via regular mail, instead I am filling online. Do i need to attach the form in the additional proofs section?
  12. Good evening VJ, I'm seeking guidance regarding the inclusion of a cover letter when submitting Form I-130. Do you guys recommend it? Additionally, I'm curious if Form G-1145 is necessary for receiving notifications when filing online. Thanks in advance. Regards,
  13. Good night everyone, I hope this message finds you well. I have scanned my 2x2 photo and uploaded a front and back copies to the USCIS portal. Just curious to see if this is the correct way to do it? Or should I just upload a digital image? This is how my scanned photo looks when I download the PDF: I Best regards,
  14. Updates about document translation: I was able to find a decent place to translate my docs. The quality is very good and the price is competitive in comparison with the ones in Dominican Republic and the other portals: Certified Online Translation Services at $19.95 in 24 Hours |USA (orbittranslation.com)
  15. Thanks!! What proofs would you include? Is there any topic in this forum where I can see examples?
  16. The documents are in Spanish. I am on the first step of the I-130 request. Do you think USCIS will receive it like that? We have like 100 boarding passes of all the visits he made. (Thanks for clarifying this part for me)
  17. Good morning, I hope this message finds you well. I'm looking to translate several documents to provide as evidence for my I130 request, and I'm wondering if any of you have suggestions for online translation services? The documents include a rental Agreement, flight itineraries, hotel reservations, a voucher from money sent via Western Union, and others. I attempted to have them translated locally in the Dominican Republic, but the cost is prohibitive. Thanks in advance.
  18. Exactly, it can be seen like that. We're just going to keep it the normal way.
  19. Thanks for the reply. Sorry, this is her personal decision, I don't like to questionate people on their decissions. Regards,
  20. Thanks for the response. My husband and I have decided to not to request any expedites unless it is merely necessary.
  21. Thank you for your response and the recommendations provided. I've decided not to request expedited processing, as your suggestions resonate with me. Rushing the process could be perceived as either suspicious or desperate, especially considering my mother's lack of legal status, which may not qualify as a valid reason for expediting. My husband is a travel agent, has a flexible schedule and can visit me 1-2 times a month. Given these circumstances, I don't feel any urgency regarding the procedure.
  22. Thanks, it's the beneficiary's mother.
