  1. Has anyone managed to refuse from covid vaccination due to underlying health conditions (contraindications)? My mom is 72 yo and has autoimmune conditions. Her doctor in her home country does not recommend getting a covid vaccine because of her conditions. The doctor wrote a letter stating those contraindication, but the office of a civil surgeon we contacted about her medical exam for a GC does not accept her doctor 's letter.
  2. Yes, we live in Dallas, but sent the package to Arizona. It's been over 30 days since they received the package and we haven't heard anything
  3. Does anybody know if it is possible to reapply? I'm afraid our case got lost because we sent it to a wring office for our state or for some other reason
  4. Hi everyone! I have send an application for my mom's green card and AOS on February 1st and still have not heard anything from USCIS! It's been almost 30 days. I am going to call them again on March 1st. My Husband called them about a week ago, they confirmed to him that they can see me as a petitioner, but had nor started working on our case yet. They have not deposited the check we sent, nor have I received NOA. Does anybody know what to do? My mom's visitor 's visa expires in less then a month.
  5. Greetings to everyone! We submitted documents for my mother's green card who is currently staying with us in the US on her B1/B2 visa for over 4 months. According to USPS tracking they were delivered over 2 weeks ago, but we still have not received a NOA and the check has not been deposited. We reside in Texas and sent the documents to the lockbox in Arizona. Later we found out that there's an address in Dallas, TX where we were supposed to submit the application to. Can the delay of NOA be related to that and what can we do in this situation?
