  1. Update: I received an email on last Saturday and got the receipt number after 6 weeks
  2. Yeah that’s fortunate for you but I don’t have anything just that message and it says it will be deleted soon. Let’s see if miracle happens
  3. I applied under 3 year rule and meeting the eligibility criteria. I added bank statements, insurance, tax returns etc. as supporting docs.
  4. Hi everyone, I applied for N-400 online on Jan 24th and case status was normal and saying they will provide further information in 72 hours. Then later on, my case status went to following message N-400 Application for Naturalization Your application has not been submitted. Although we have received your payment, you or your representative needs to call USCIS at 1 (800) 375-5283 in order to finish submitting your application. I called them and spoke the representative and escalated this issue to Tier2 service teams and also to help desk which is tech support. However, both had no idea on what is happening and couldn't give me any update. I believe this was a technical issue with their system regarding this but wondering if anyone else had this recently. On this post https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/717061-n400-online-application-status-not-submitted/ people's situation got changed at some point from above to received and with a receipt number. I can also see the payment went through in my bank statement. As it almost has been a month, I am starting to get worried. Did anyone face this recently ? Thanks
