    Well, he decided to end the relationship because he is not getting better and knowing that there's a little to no chance of getting medical waiver approved he doesn't want me to waste my time with him. 😭 So yeah. But thank you for all your help though.

    I am currently working as a Administrative Assistant (job order) in state college in the Philippines. I started working there October 23, 2023. As a job order, there is no employer-employee relationship. I only have 6 months contract which will end in April. So the college cannot provide a certificate of employment for me. Purpose of travel is tourism with cousins and friends for 2 weeks. The travel is self-funded. Do you think I stand a chance of getting tourist visa approved?

    I am from the Philippines. I wanted to try and get B1/B2 visa instead but I do not have something to show them that I will surely come back to the country like properties.

    My boyfriend and I have been talking online for almost 2 years. He still cannot travel because of his medical condition. He had a big wound on his right foot which got worse because he is diabetic. He is still in a wheelchair because he's not allowed to use his right foot. Can we process k1 visa with medical waiver? What documents do we need to submit? I hope somebody can help us.
