Hi everyone, I filed my I-129F petition back in October 2023 and it was approved this past week, on January 3, 2025. One thing that is unusual is that two hours before the case status changed to approved, it said “Request For Initial Evidence Was Sent.” I am just confused whether or not it might be a website error or system glitch? It’s just odd how the case status quickly changed from RFE to Approved before I was able to submit any evidence and even before I received the physical mail to see what additional evidence they might’ve needed. Below, I have attached my timelime so far.
