My husband and I were denied as a Fiance Visa and told me everything was a fraud....but then we got married , I appled again and this time our visa was approved. He is with me me in USA for over a year....You should appeal and ask them the reasons why your visa was denied.... God bless you....

Hi Heather, please let me know where are you going to stay in Bogota, my interview date is Feb 2nd, need info about place to stay in Bogota and medical exams if is possible to hav both on the same day..very nervous ..I am here in Colombia spending New Year with my honey, back to Florida in 2 days and then came back at the end of January uff to many things to do..good luck in all the process.

We are not in January list either, so sad...this is our 7 weeks after case completed on NVC. They told me to call back on January to see if we are in February list...

Todavia no tengo cita pero NVC me dijo que volviera a llamar el dia 15 de Diciembre, Dios quiera que ya salga

Mis papeles estan en NVC desde el viernes, ahora solo toca esperar que cierren nuestro caso, poniendo todo en manos de Dios Todopoderoso
