My dad had an interview on April 2023 for a non-immigrant visa. He showed up at the interview and he has been in the clearance process since. Now that I check his DS160 number it says "Your search did not return any data." I am pretty sure I have been inputting the correct information, I have been trying this for the past two months and I am kinda thinking something should be wrong. Is there anywhere I can follow up on this? Any advice?
