  1. I had some questions concerning how to fill out your N600K forms. I am a born Canadian who received dual citizenship(CAN&USA) through my mother who resided in the US for 10 years and received her citizenship certificate. I am now looking to fill out N600K forms for both Canadian-born teenage daughters (15&13). based on their grandmother's citizenship and residency tenure in the US they can qualify for American citizenship. My question is specific to the areas on the form. Part 1: The application is being filed for a child. The child is under 18 years of age and: Do you select the first option parent or second grandparent? - The BIOLOGICAL child of a qualifying U.S. citizen (USC) parent filing this application -The grandchild of a qualifying USC grandparent or the child ward of a USC legal guardian filing this application within five years of the death of the USC parent If you are supposed to select the grandparent option do you then enter your info as a "preparer " assisting with the completion of the application? Then signing as the preparer. This would then mean that the grandparent would complete and sign all information as the applicant? Also, can the fee be paid online using a MasterCard or Visa issued in Canada??
