  1. Hey, they send a new 10 year green card in the mail and no update on oath date. Is that typical? Was a mistake made?
  2. Case complete. N400 and i751 passed. She mentioned they'll give a date in the mail for the oath. Also, case has not been updated online. Is that normal?
  3. From the time of i-751 to date of interview, what would you reccomend to take? Apart from what you mentioned here. Thanks in advance.
  4. N400 interview scheduled for next week with i751 still pending. Assuming they do dual interview, what should we take with us?
  5. So if they choose one interview that day... which is more likely?
  6. Hi all, pending I-751 and filed N400 because met criteria (married to Usc). Interview scheduled for next month but i-751 pending? What to do? Will it be a combo interview? How do i prepare?
  7. Filling out n400. Confused about this question. My US citizen spouse provides for our family (me and kids) and we are happily married. What do they mean with this question?
  8. Filling out n400. i've lived in same spot ever since ive been in the USA. There was a question that it asked what my current physicial address is with a To and From date. The next question asks "where have you lived". Do I need to add my current place again?
  9. Sounds good. Is it worth adding stuff from the i485? Or thats too much
  10. Going back 3 years? It was just sent with i751 a year ago
  11. Hi everyone, is there a guildeine or checklist of best/reccomended items to send with N400 for this section? Could someone please direct me. Thanks in advance.
  12. Current SSN says Valid for work only with dhs auth. So it would make sense for them to update right?
  13. In the N400, it is asking if I'd like to have a new social security card issued if and when naturalization happens. is there benefit to that? i have one currently... does it require an update?
  14. Question: is early filing eligible for the 3 year rule or only the 5 year rule? In our situation, over 3 years married, US citizen husband and GC holder spouse. LPR for over 3 years as well.
  15. Does thar residence mean living together a couple or just straight up living at location regardless
  16. Yes online. So can I safety assume that residence date from is NOT the date of green card start date?
  17. Thank you. I thought it meant when Green Card Holder became a "permanent resident" through green card. The reason I thought that because it says "Residence". I may be confusing myself.
  18. Hello, I'd like to clarify something and would like to keep it accurate. See image added. My Question: 1. US. Citizen husband and Green Card Holder wife applying for N400. It would be 3 total years of residence right? 2. For dates of residence. When would the start of the date of residence be for Green Card Holder. From the start date of the Green Card date or from the first date of physicial presence at the address?
