My parents visited US in 2020 on B2 visa. Due to covid, their return flights were suspended. We applied for timely extension of their visa. But the biometric appointment notice came after they left the country. Subsequently they received visa extension denial due to non appearance for biometric.
They plan to revisit this year.
Should they be applying for new visa or the existing visa should suffice and they should carry all evidence?
