I entered the United States on an F-4 visa on August 24, 2023. My green card was subsequently approved, and I completed the oath ceremony before entering. All necessary fees were paid prior to arrival. However, I'm still awaiting the arrival of my physical green card and Social Security card.

Unfortunately, the online system of uscis is unreliable, consistently displaying errors and preventing me from submitting inquiries.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights on how to proceed. i am a british citizen . i do have a stamp for one year . so i can leave and come back .

I can relate to your experience. I too entered the US on an F-4 visa and had my green card approved in August 2023. Unfortunately, I'm still waiting for the physical card to arrive and find the tracking system frustratingly unreliable. Similar to you,
