thanks ..for cr1 visa . I submitted ds-260 .. and now uploading AOS and civil Docs in my NVC acc .. but what the point of uploading 2 same photos on my acc ? they can not use of 1 photo I scanned and uploaded there million times ? -
when they say 2 photos for civil documents , its mean 1 photo of applicant and 1 photo of petitioner ? or 2 different photos for only applicant ?

okey , so what to do with my 2023 tax return transcript for interview time ?

Hello , I have a question about uploading 2023 tax return transcript at CEAC after filing IRS next month after DQ ... IF after submitting 2022 tax transcript and getting DQ , interview time be end of this year that 99% it will be after April 15 2024 , do I need fill the new i-864 with 2023 tax transcript to upload at my CEAC acc again ? OR only tax return transcript of 2023 ? any one has experience about this situation appreciate of helping ..

at the I-864 in part 6 . its (optional ) part : it said "I have attached tax return or transcript of my second and third Most recent tax years " .. I did not mark that .. cuz I only want to sent my 2022 tax return transcript, BUT .. my question is if I dont tick this (Optional) part I still need to write all 3 recent years incomes in these 3 rectangle fields ? OR only write the (Most Recent ) income and leave (2nd Most Recent ) and (3nd Most Recent) Blank, if I m not going send 2021 and 2020 tax transcript ?

ah.Okey ..so its mean if my interview time be for example April 30th 2024,, even if I was summited 2022 tax return as my AOS documents I need to bring my 2023 tax return transcript at interview to show the officer ?

thanks for answer and clearness I m collecting my AOS documents and 2022 transcript and etc now and I need to know from which day exactly NVC will not accepting the 2022 tax return .. cuz in few weeks we will have 2023 tax return filing .. dos it has exact day or date that people from that day would send the 2023 tax transcript and previous year will not acceptable for NVC ?

well in my stubs and W2 that I am submitting there is my US address,also in i-864 my address is in US ,the same as W2 ... what kind of other documents I need to submit as Domicile ?

thank you very much .. and one more question , all petitioners need to submit proof of domicile ? even if the person is living in US right now ? which person exactly needs domicile cuz i even see those people are working in US submitting that!!!

thank you very much for your help .. 1-when you said W2s means I need submit my W2s of those 3 years( 2020,2021,and 2022 ) that I put in the I-854 form ? or only I would submit W2 of 2022 .the year that I submit tax return transcript only ? 2- about proof of income if my W2 of 2023 be available next week , do think its better I put it as My full year income ?

yeah I am confused too .. I dont know if 2023 W-2 comes( that usually comes in Jan ), i send it too!!? .. or only send my proof of income of 2023 + 2022 tax return transcript .. cuz I checked they say probably 29 Jan IRS tax filing will start .. and after filling 3 week later transcript will be available in IRS acc.. so if we want wait we will waste probably 45 days !!

Hi guys my case is CR1. do I need only submit my 2022 tax return and transcript + W-2 + 2023 proof of income ? (cuz 2023 tax payment is not started yet) .. OR I would submit (2022 + 2021 + 2020 tax return 1040 ) + all 3 years w2 + 2023 proof of income ? which strategy you recommend ? I dont know is it necessary to submit last 3 years tax return or only recent year 2022!! thanks for help

yeah right. now all 3 embassies that they put for Iran have backlogged .. but that I looked at Abu Dhabi its slow too .. my problem is that for Abu dhabi i need visa .. and sometimes they dont give visa fast and for some reason after Covid it can take 15 days to even 1 month for some people . thats why i scare to miss my interview cuz of delay of Visa issue .. but for turkey i dont need visa and some other documents that Abu Dhabi ask usually for visa ..
