  1. During the interview the CO asked me just one question "how old are you" after he took all my documents including DNA test report and passport saying that the embassy will call me more than 4 months later the embassy responds to emails with only one answer "your case still under Administrative process please wait" I don't know what to do anymore
  2. Yes, they did, I updates Ds-260, new medical, Police Certificate, He kept my passport
  3. The Consular Officer was like I don't have time, give me all your proof, we will deal with your case later and we will call you to tell you what happens next.
  4. The Consular Officer took all my evidence, he gave me the impression that he did not have my previous file or that my case seems to be difficult to give a decision immediately, he only asked one question what is my date of birth. He was in a big hurry he just wanted to take my proof no time to discuss
  5. Please explain, Congressman will write to whom in Washington? I don't know this procedure 😔 how does it work
  6. What can be the problem for the Consul to say that it is an old application created in 2016, could the fact that it was a petition that was referred to USCIS and USCIS reaffirmed it and sent it back to the embassy be a problem?
  7. Hello, sorry for the delay😔 I did my interview the Consular officer asked me only one question "what is my date of birth", he took all my documents including my passport saying that my file is old (2016) they will tell me the next steps to follow by phone, but 10 days no further action, I sent an email they replied that the treatment is not yet finished. I'm really worried, what can I do at this point, thanks
  8. please can you explain because I don't understand, my father is still a permanent resident and not a US citizen
  9. Hello everyone, thank you for your advice, I have already obtained confirmation from the higher educational authority of the department where my school is located, the reason why the petition was returned to USCIS was lack of evidence of relationship, I realized USCIS DNA reaffirmed the petition. Can I challenge allegations of misrepresentation during the visa interview?
  10. the school admits having made an error and confirms the authenticity of my school reports I wonder on what basis the consulate will uphold its accusations of misrepresentation
  11. Thank you for your response, I submitted the birth certificate the embassy said the birth certificate was delayed, I submitted the baptism certificate despite it they asked for the school reports, currently I am now 25 years old now does the CSPA protect me?
  12. Thank you very much for your advice, yes I do not have a lawyer, this is a permanent resident who sponsors his unmarried child under 21, the embassy had requested school records for age verification because it is an F2a visa. Can I present this letter to the consulate to prove that there was an error in the determination of permanent intelligibility?
  13. Hello, my I-130 petition was approved and sent to the American Consulate for interview after the interview the consular officer had asked me to submit the school reports for verification and confirmation of age I had submitted the school reports l the embassy called the school to check if the report cards were fake documents unfortunately the person at the school did not take the time to check and replied that my report cards are fake, my petition was refused under 212 (a)(6)(C)(i) for misrepresentation and return to the USA for possible revocation for lack of evidence of relationship to the beneficiaries. After 6 years USCIS asked us to do DNA which confirmed my relationship to the petitioner and reaffirmed the petition and sent the petition back to the consulate for a second interview. After learning that the embassy thinks that my school reports are false report cards, which is not the case, I went to ask the question to the school, which admitted having made a mistake by giving false information to the school. At the embassy, the school wrote a letter apologizing for the error made and the school acknowledges that my report cards are real and authentic in accordance with the school's records. now that I'm going to the second interview and the consulate has permanently filed me ineligible under 212(a)(6)(C)(i) for the US visa for misrepresentation based on the bad information that the school had given. Now that the school recognizes that my report cards are authentic and not fake. What can I do to demonstrate to the consulate that there was an error in the determination of my ineligibility for the American visa because my bulletins are true. Thanks for your advices.
