I didn’t over stay .. I left a month or 2 before my visa expired… right after my baby was fit to fly .. my child has his birth certificate and his US passport.. 

I contacted the health department for all bills if possible.. they posted the bill but there was nothing to be paid.. 

I asked after a few month.. almost a year cuz I wanted to clear myself..

but the bill came and it was nothing to be paid.: 

I have all the letters 

I did ask for the bills .. but nothing came… I have all the paper works with me.. 

I was at the hospital on the same day I had to travel back home cuz my water broke at 29 weeks ..

I think it’s because I had my son In the states.. 

I am not in the states… my partner is in the states and wants me to join him.. am in Africa at the moment 

My son was born premature in the states and on the day I was meant to travel back home. 
I wasn’t given any bills to pay cuz Medicare covered it.. 

I have been denied visa renewal tho I have all paperwork to show.. 

now my fiancé and I are engaged and wants me to join him.. 

what do I do?
