    Guys the history post was about my wife getting greencard process. She succeeded and got it last year january. Now its my turn to file for it.

    No just my wife has greencard, im still without it and still didnt file for it so im just asking to see if we can proceed with my papers even if she is filing for re-entry permit.

    Hey guys, i have a question: my wife is a greencard holder and she is filing a re-entry permit to protect her greencard because she has a phd to finish outside USA. As im her husband she wants also to file a spouse visa to get also greencard later. Can she file for a re-entry permit and also a spouse visa at the same time for the reason to not waste our time waiting for my documents to finish once my files are accepted by USCIS ?
